Leadership Development & Coaching

Developing and leveraging an organization's talent can take many forms - from action learning, to rotational assignments, to executive leadership programs. However, experts agree coaching is key to realizing one's full potential.

The Greenberg Group's Philosophy

The client is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole

  • The client is not broken or needs fixing
  • Understanding and leveraging strengths is the client's greatest room for growth
  • The coach has the questions, the client has the answers

The coaching addresses the client's whole life

  • Fulfillment - coaching clients in the area of fulfillment is about having them let go of preconceived rules and limitations, and step into creating lives that are centered in what truly brings them alive.
  • Balance - we live our lives in constant motion. It's easy to forget that we have a choice in what we do. Balance coaching is about guiding the client to make powerful life choices, and to select the experiences he or she want most, rather than dashing about trying to have it all.

The agenda comes from the client

  • The client is in charge; the relationship is focused on the client getting the results he or she wants.
  • The coach ensures that the client is always steering towards fulfillment and balance, by helping the client forward the action and deepen the learning.

"You cannot teach a man anything; you can only help him find it within himself."
