About the founder

Margaret Greenberg, President of The Greenberg Group, invested the first fifteen years of her career in large retail and financial organizations. A desire to build something that combined her talents with her values led her down the entrepreneurial path. A decade later she continues to incorporate an important life lesson into her consulting/coaching practice: the notion of balance. For example, the balance between:

  • strategy and tactics
  • managing and leading
  • individual accountability and team collaboration
  • work and family
  • doing and being
Margaret Greenberg

Margaret is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), as well as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). In May 2006 Margaret graduated from the first-ever Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania. Her experience with individual and team assessments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), and MRG's 360 Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA), helps others bring clarity to how they, too, can create more balanced and meaningful lives. A graduate of The University of Hartford with a bachelor degree in Sociology, Margaret brings a unique perspective to understanding human/organizational behavior and cultural change.
